A downloadable ROM hack

This patch fixes the "P" icon in the HUD of Super Mario Bros. 3.

There was a pixel out of place in the Super Nintendo remake, and this restores it to match the original NES version.

This patch is intended for the North American release of Super Mario All-Stars, and is untested on other variants.
